People-Eating Film Reel

Did we ever find the name of this one?  I remember someone posting about a carnivorous film reel attacking a person and wanting to find it.  While doing a search for another film, I ran across a description of "Recorded Live."

That was me who asked about it years ago.
I think Chadzilla was the only other person who remembered the short film I was talking about.

A guy is being terrorized by an enormous reel of film.

I'm almost 100% positive that this is the short film I was thinking of.
Now we need to try to find this on Youtube or somewhere else online.

Very cool.  This is supposed to be an extra in the "Tremors Attack Pack" DVD set.  I ordered it last night.  When it comes in, I will verify that the short is on there and let you know.

Hmmm, did it not end by dissolving the guy, crawling onto a projector and there the guy is onscreen?  I remember HBO filling in the blanks between movies with shorts, and this was one of them, back in the day.  I may be wrong about the ending, though . . .

I remember this one, it scared me.   It left a dark imprint on my young brain.  Ill netflix the Tremors just to see it again.  I remember another short it was paired with about a man who was told he would die in a year, all i remember of it was that he would toast bread over a candle for fear of electrocution...Thanks for the memories

Andrew, would it be illegal if you uploaded it to Youtube?

I am afraid that putting it on Youtube would probably be gray area, which I want to avoid.  Anything that puts the site on shaky ground - I avoid.

It is supposed to be included as an extra on the "Tremors 4" DVD.

Just a suggestion...
Maybe you could do a mini-review of it and include video and pics.
Maybe put it in the Sideshow section.

I've been dying to see this.  It's been over 20 years since I last saw it.
