It's a totally different movie. An evil dr. is growing a large brain, which feeds on people. He starts to use the brain to control and kill the people of the town and a teeage boy is framed for the murders. But then the brain wants to take over.

I just preordered Shawn & Jon Lewis' Black Devil Doll today (not to be confused with Black Devil Doll From Hell). Anyone else planning to check this flick out? Looks delightfully offensive if you ask me.

Maybe this should be in the "good movies" category, but I recently replaced my old Anchor Bay VHS of Deep Red (which I loaned to a friend and he'd lost it) with the Echelon Studios DVD edition. I was quite glad to see that the film was exactly the same as the AB version, extra footage and all, but it's a totally bare bones release. Not even a trailer to be found, just chapter stops. Then again I only paid $5 for it, so I can't complain too much, right?

I just bought a dvd copy of "MAXIMUM OVERDRIVE" at the sugestion of a friend, but I just found out that the dvd version is censored and only the VHS version is uncut. So now I cant watch the dvd i just bought cuz itll just p**s me off. Hatred

I love this time of year cuz so many horror films can be found super cheap. Of course, the wife has to get some of her non-horror flicks, too.
