I've downloaded many a concert from archive.org.  It's one of the treasures of the Internet.

Another free/legal web album I tried on a whim:



Various Artists – no-R-mal

It's supposed to be "experimental," but the first CD of this 4 CD set was largely what I would call "dark ambient."  Sort of audio wallpaper music.  OK for background music but nothing special, challenging or daring.  Didn't check out the other 3 CDs.
