Saturday means I go looking for free downloadable albums to broaden my horizons...

Today was a free sampler from Cactus Killer Records (available on this page).  A mix of indie/alternative rock with a heavy dose of electronica.  Nothing I really liked, but I do give the band It's Hardly Winter major props for titling a song "Angst in My Pants."

I'm not the hugest Björk fan, but I love her voice and do seem to always find one or two singles I connect with from each album.  I agree with the majority that this is the strongest album of hers (that I've heard) from front to back.  I also like her work with the Sugarcubes.
