I'm finding her really sexy in this film.

went to the frog pond yesterday and it was almost totally dried up from all this heat we've been having.  my nephew is really into catching frogs and was pretty well devastated. it was pretty shocking

Sometimes poems just seem to pop into my head and sometimes they're utterly bizarre and make no sense even to me...

Tides turning, waves burning
The heat flies from the beast
West, East, North, South and In between
Sands asunder the shore
The heart beats no more

Life lived
Life gone
Life loved
Life long
We yearn

Beasts swim and stir ashore
Walk upright once more
It is as was and will be again
The Earth back in time shall descend
Swallowed whole and reborn

I really wish I could find my place in the world.  You know, where I feel like I belong, and I'm putting my talents (whatever they are) to good use.

I'm far more impressed with interesting ideas spoken in plain language than banal rubbish dressed up with a bunch of ergos and ad infinitums.

Thanks for the compliments I've received on the poem but honestly it's almost like it comes to me from some other place...the words just pop suddenly to mind almost like I didn't write it at all. Happens to me a lot actually. Kind of weirds me out sometimes.

Don't worry man, inspiration is like that, you're totally normal!

TCM has been showing a butt-load of those Bowery Boys flicks for the past month or so and now I'm completely addicted.

I keep keep having to stop myself from talking in Slip-ese; for example: "Dis here simulation is soitany regurgable!" instead of "This situation is certainly regrettable!"

I feels like a compete maroon widout any former edifications!

I have no doubt that, BTM, that you'll find your place.
You seem like a very kind, caring, intelligent, generous fella.
I think most people just wonder aimlessly through life having all sorts of adventures and eventually finding their place.

You'll find somewhere.

I wonder aimlessly, it's not always fun, but very, very occasionally I find something cool or push myself that little bit further to achieve something. Most of the time I'm here, but just every once in a while, I become the best that ever was !

Maybe we belong here.  Smile  Other than my girlfriend, the people on this site are the only people I talk socially too.
This is a place I belong. I feel like one of the team here. I'm sure there are some people out there for me but I'm in no hurry to meet them, I'm sure I'll get there eventually.
