Gee, I wonder who in the entertainment and publishing business actually wrote this thing.  I especially like the part about the feds seizing your computer for containing files of "dubious origin".

I guess now that the RIAA is starting to get shot down in court, they're now paying off Congress to do their dirty work for  them. Since congress has solved all our other problems they can start helping out the poor entertainment industry.

You have to be suspicious of any law with wording that vague.

Soon as congress fixes all the problem in Washington and around the nation ... then and ONLY then can they worry about my legality of my copy of Barbie Girl.
