I must comment on this. While it is not common, it is not unknown to have twins that are two different races.  Probably the best known case is that of a white woman in Germany who had sex with a black American serviceman, then immediately after had sex with a white German civilian. Nine months later she gave birth two twin boys. While they were, of course, not identical twins, they were biologically fraternal twins. One of whom was black, and one of whom was white.
