I LOVE chicken dumplings, , but I've never gotten them to come out right. My grandmother made the BEST dumplings, , but I'm not sure what she beyond the recipe, because they turn out like crap for me.

Really, , they taste like chicken. .. but it's just a little different, ,can't really explain, , but generally like chicken.

Coming from a Polish background, I saw many things in local delis that would make goats puke.  I recall seeing a pig's severed head once and thinking what could someone actually do with that.   

As for the heart soup, I'd try it.  Not sure if I could keep it down but I'd try it.  One food I'm leery on is liver.  It pretty much boils down to eating a filter.

That liver looks like a pile of bloody/black diarrhea topped with grilled onions.
BLECH!!!
My grandmother used to cook liver and onions and I remember it stinking up the house something awful.

By the way, that bowl of noodles and hearts looks like it's in one of those ramen noodle cups.
