Following up on Joe The Destroyer's most excellent top 100 video game idea, I figured why not feature some of our favorite characters from the games we waste away in front of...my first choice. 1.) Raiden - Mortal Kombat He had one of the coolest quotes ever, "There is no knowledge that is not power."

5.) Slash - Eternal Champions Hard to find a pic of him but he an awesome fighter. He has the best throw in all of fighting games. He throws the guy up in the air and smacks him with his club. His screen kill is about 1:00 into this clip.

13.) Calypso - Twisted Metal So suave, so cool and downright evil. Almost a cross between Donald Trump and Charlie Manson.

Heihachi! The head honcho of most of the Tekken games. His simple yet effective fighting style made him a good choice when playing against a human or AI opponent.
