Jewel, Hands
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0lYTlfCyrXI
I don't like Jewel songs in general, but this one stands out from the blandness as just weird. Actually, the goofy lyrics are what make this dreary song mildly amusing. "They're not yours they are my own, they're not yours they are my own." I cracked up once when my wife was playing a game with our daughter - "my hands, your hands." I sung a couple bars and she laughed too.

WARRANT   "Cherry Pie"

That's one of my favorite songs there.  I'm not shocked that some of the songs I like other people find annoying or horrible since I know everyone has different opinions and tastes in music.

ASHLEE SIMPSON  "Love"

Her grating voice makes me want to almost slit my wrists.

Oh but Torgo my friend, we know she gets worse...LALA...

She couldn't carry a note even if it had a handle.  The best was after her SNL disaster (one of the greatest TV moments ever), when she got booed of the stage at the Orange Bowl...singing this song.  Listen to her voice cracking before the boos. :buggedout:

I kid you not when I really think 99% of the world has a better voice than her.  By the way, do you think she knows what the anarchy symbol means?

Considering how stupid she appears to be, she probably saw the "A" and said, "Oooh, an A!  Just like my name.  I'll wear it all the time and adore it forever and ever."

Ninja Turtle Rap by Vanilla Ice
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GFLGRidfFo4
Not to say I don't like the song, as I love it, but it's pretty f**king terrible.  Mainly I like it now, if anything, just cause it's associated with the turtles, than the fact it's good.

Boyz N Tha Hood by Dynamite Hack
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UMlPVpXtkJY
Granted, it's not meant to be taken seriously as a legitimate cover, but here is the song where Dynamite Hack butchers Eazy E's rap song.  At least, I hope it's not meant to be taken seriously.

Happy...?  Did you listen to BARRY McGUIRE?  Did you listen to CHER last night...?  Hmmm...??     :teddyr:  You don't know what GREAT BADNESS is until you have listened to that CHER record.

Okay, I'll cut y'some slack, but, notice how I've edited your posting.  When you quote, just go back and take out the youtube links and push words together closer...  :drink:

I dunno.  Ah, gotcha, the links.  Ay.  Should've been doing that.  Sorry. :buggedout:

I, in fact, think anything by Cher should be automatically classified as bad, so she should be automatically exempt from any "worst of" list.  That's a given in my category.  Although, I have a soft spot for "I Got You Babe", but that's neither here nor there.

More sweet 70s pap. Want to reignite an old romance? Conspire to run off with somebody else!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T3onUJYdyzA
Thanks Rupert. Adultery is so romantic. Call me a cynic, but I don't think their first thought on seeing each other is likely to be "Wow, we have more in common than we knew!"

Still, you have to appreciate a decade in which a guy who looks like a programmer, with hand gestures that would make Shatner wince, could be a pop star. Gives us all hope.

The SNL thing like I said was great but this is an awesome parody.   :bouncegiggle:

Side note on Ashley because Torgo's post has put me off on a tangent...  First off I have to say her sister has little talent and is as dumb as a post. At least her looks could sell.  Ashley (pre surgery) had no looks nor talent.  Her father shoved both of them down our throats, Jessica first.  To think, he was a former Baptist minister...how can bring such an evil scourge to pop music. I picture Ashley whining to her daddy, "Daaaaaaaaaaad, Jessica has a reality show and an album, I want one now!  Daaaaaaaad, everyone likes Jessica because she's hot, I want surgery to make me hot."  I seriously can not stand her.

Hangin Tough by New Kids on The Block
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iJt3f6Lach4

I appreciate the New Kids, in a way.  I whole-heartedly admit they're a terrible group, and I wouldn't attend a concert, as I've too much self respect for that, but as bad as this song is, I gotta say, I enjoy it.  It's a stupid pop song.
