Hi everyody, I'm new and glad to be here!

Okay, my memory is hazy but I think the essentials are these:

1970's film
Loner type kid, kind of a nerd/geek type
comes up with some concoction in the high school lab
turns him into a murdering Mr. Jekyl
has a crush on some girl
gets killed in the end, i think he's shot

Bad Ronald.. was a teen who murder... he was hiding in a secret room in his mother's house - not 'walled up'; he could get out anytime he wanted to.  I think he kills 3 maybe 4 people.
