Though I owned a lot of records that were my brother's, my cousin's, my mother's, and even a few that were gifts to me, the first record album that I ever bought was ELTON JOHN Don't Shoot Me, I'm Only The Piano Player

I remember buying my first album, back around '93 or so, at the age of 9.  It was with birthday money, and it was the album Alapalooza, by "Weird Al" Yankovic.

Oh, God, that's the first album I got with my own money, too!  Karma!
