What if you could make just one dedicated to random subjects?

I'd say a Pro Wrestling Board but well we have some good ongoing threads on it, not sure it could sustain its own board though...

You could do a music or video game board.  It would help to keep those better together rather then lumped into off topic.  Though, wouldn't necessarily fit with the theme of the forum.  You could also do like an upcoming events or something similar board.  Allowing people to see events that fit in to the forum around their area.

It might though.  There's certainly enough bad video games, bad music, bad music videos and bad video game based movies and tv shows out there to kinda fit in with the stuff here. Wink
