Kidnapped Dancing Girl, Hot Cage Floor - [UNSOLVED]!!!

Hi guys, see if you can help me find this movie... I've been looking for it for over 5 years.

Basically, all I can remember is one scene: a female is kidnapped and placed in a cage/cell. The floor beneath her feet is heated red hot or the bad guys shoot bullets at her feet, forcing her to dance. The cage floor may have also been electrified, not sure.

Does anyone recall this movie? It could have also been a TV show as I saw this one TV when I was younger.

Hint: It's definitely not the movies Lady In a Cage or Cat's Eye.

I'm sure this is wrong, but there was a girl band in an electrified cage in Blood Dolls.
