Things I remember about this movie:

- A little kid is raised in a cage (or at least raised locked up, out of the public eye) by a domineering mother
- Years later, he either finally escapes or comes back to the town and starts killing off people
- His face is completely bandaged Invisible Man-style; he wear a jumper like Michael Myers
- The overall tone and execution of the film feels very much like Halloween 4 (right down to the rural setting)
- In the end, I believe he makes his way back to the home where he was raised and dies off there

I remember renting this from Hollywood Video many, many years ago just for the hell of it and was surprised by how watchable it was. The title was something along the lines of "Freak" or "Creep" or "Weirdo". Naturally, Googling "Freak" and "horror" together only brings up results for "Freaks" (1932)

Anyone remember this undiscovered gem at all?
