Holy drunken cats, Batman!

Quote
Youíll never look at another bloated superhero film the same again after experiencing this seven hour and 20 minute trailer thatís just been released for the longest film ever made, ĎAmbiancťí.

From Swedish director and artist Anders Weberg, this experimental movie runs for a whopping 30 days. Thatís right, itíll take you a full month, without any breaks for food, toilet, or sleep to get through it.

This latest trailer trumps the teaser that came out the other year, which only lasted a measly 72 minutes, so here lies the real challenge. However, in case for some inexplicable reason youíve sat through this trailer (and weíre pretty sure you havenít), prepare yourselves for a 72-hour trailer coming in 2018.

The filmís set in southern Sweden and features two performance artists on a beach and no, I repeat no, cuts. Itís described on IMDb as a story where ďspace and time is intertwined into a surreal dream-like journey beyond places.Ē Just in case that hasnít made it any clearer (it hasnít for us), itís said to be ďan abstract nonlinear narrative summary of the artistís time spent with the moving image.Ē

Meaning of course that it's a pretentious pile of garbage from somebody that has no idea how to tell a story but wants to look important.

If you scrub through the seven hour trailer, you see that the actors move in and out of shot, so there would be ample opportunity for biological breaks.   Wink
