Hi, I keep getting the banned IP address message (which doesn't allow me to post). It disappears after a few weeks or after I send e-mail to admin.

Right now, I don't have that problem because I'm using a wifi account out of town.

I hope the moderators can consider exempting my account from the ban so that I can participate more often, or at least allow those with similar problems to post in the Trouble Tickets section. Thanks.

I see that your account posts from about 20 different IPs, but none of them show as banned. If you can send me the exact ip address that has been banned and I can look into it. Do you use a proxy or VPN or Tor or something to post?

I don't use any of those. Right now, I'm using a prepaid wifi account because I'm out of town, but I'll try logging in once more using my residential wired account when I return tomorrow. In case the ban is still there, I'll have to send e-mail to the address given here:

http://www.badmovies.org/contact.html

because I can't post even in this section or to any board member.

I'll also try to log in using this wifi account and then pm you the details.

Thanks for the help.

Hi, it's working fine now.

If it's possible, please consider setting the trouble tickets section or another part of the forum to allow post access for members with the same problem, or add a link in the help section that allows the member to pm the admin or moderators.

Thanks for the help.
