Even stripped, it was a tight fit! And having read the books TANK ACES and TANK SARGENT by Ralph Zumbro, as well as other works...I'd NOT wanna be an a tank when the armor get punched through. I go to church with a guy why was a tanker in Korea with the Co. B, 70th Tank Batt. He was at the battle of the Han River bridge, and man...what a wealth of stories by a guy who was in it.
