Of course, this was easy to arrange because Toho legend Eiji Tsuburaya's son owned TPS and Ultraman, so like father and son do now and then, they put their heads together and found a way to sneak an old favorite in w\o copyright violations (the collar around Keela's neck.) I spoke to Mr. Godzilla himself, Haruo Nakajima (thru his translators) and he said he played the monster in Ultraman, as well many others in the show!
