Bad Movie Directors with lower than 5/10 IMDb rating

Robert J. Horner, a one-eyed, no-legged director/producer from the 20's and 30's.  He couldn't get anyone to finance his films, so he asked actors for money, then refused to cast them.  This got him arrested more than once.

He directed 40 movies, but only 4 have ratings.  Of those only one is above 5.0.  Here they are:
