hey all i am desperately trying to figure out what this movie i saw a long time ago is called and where i can locate a copy. here' all i can recall. i remember it involving an insane asylumn and a guy that maybe escapes from it and is riding a bicycle around a beach town warning everyone about a flood. i have always thought the loony was played by christopher lloyd but i haven't found it in his credits. as he's riding around it keeps flashing on the lighthouse and you hear the voice of the lady of the lighthouse or something. it's a horrible movie as i recall but i must know what it was called. please heeeeeelp
