It had way much more potential and I feel it was quite wasted.
A decent chiller just for the atmosphere alone, and considering how short it is, I say go for it. I gave it a bad score (4/10), but that's just because I've seen way too many horror movies, and this one came as generic and tiresome to me. M. Night Shyamalan has really spoiled us.
