Title: R.I.P. Ed Bradley Post by: Menard on November 09, 2006, 07:10:37 PM It struck me by surprise when I heard of Ed Bradley's passing.
He apparently passed away from complications due to leukemia; at the age of 65. Out of all of the 60 Minutes reporters, Ed Bradley was my favorite. He was always cooler than the others, and just seemed more plugged into people. When he was conducting an intervew, or following a story, you knew that tough questions were going to be asked, but you also knew that they were coming from someone with whom everyone was comfortable, and respected. The face of journalism has certainly changed with his passing. |
