This movie begins at night with a group of men in suits(?) standing around a woman who's performing some kind of occult ritual. When the woman finishes the ritual their heads swell up into these large grotesque forms.

In this form they go out to rob some place it was either a bank or jewellery store.

After the success of their robbery they go back to their base and the one of the possessed(?) men rapes the woman. Immediately after this the men return to their normal states but it's too late because she's pregnant.

She gives birth to a creature resembling belial from basket case which is what the heads of the men looked like when they were under the spell.

This movie may have been released between the years 81 to 86.

Just a shot in the dark here, but maybe your mystery film is "The Johnsons" (1993).

It's not The Johnsons which I've also seen.

Is it an Asian film? Sounds like a Hong Kong movie from the early 80s.

Another long shot: The Brood (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0078908/) (1979). I haven't seen it, but it looks like it matches a few points in your description.

It's not an asian film. American perhaps, definately in english.

Also it's not The Brood. I've seen that movie too.
