Title: Ozone! Attack of the Redneck Mutants Post by: Mario on March 07, 2002, 07:32:00 PM Has anybody seen this cheesy, ultra low budget Super 8 obscurity from the mid to late '80s? It's a must for bad movie lovers. A hole opens up in the ozone layer above a small town in Texas and turns the local rednecks into flesh eating mothers. Lots of blood, guts, slime, dismemberment, and other mayhem ensues. It's from the same people who brought us The Abomination. I highly recommend it.

"Finish Your dinner...OR ELSE" Actually. Isn't there a movie about a guy who had a STD and he had sex with all the females and they all turned into zombies? Overall, it's a pretty bad Troma wannabe, but there are some good scenes, like when an alley cat is stretched in half, and when one of the mothers "subtly" hints to her son that she's turning him into veal, and he just doesn't get it (even after she hits him in the head with a meat tenderizer). Also, whoever did the sound effects must've had a ball.
