Title: Black Bear Sighting In A Neighborhood

Here's the interesting story from my local area.  I just don't know how the bear sneaked into my town unnoticed.  There isn't a forest that could support a bear for a couple of miles and there are other neighborhoods before the closet one.  How did it get unnoticed until then?
