I'm looking for the title of the prison movie (rather TV series) from 80's or 90's. Definitely USA. I remember only short and violent scene, perhaps at the end of episode. Two men are prisoners. Perhaps, they are brothers or only buddies. They wears blue jeans and light blue denim or chambray work shirts. Their main opposite man is nefarious prison guard. The warden says to prisoner (long-haired blonde man): "You are free, so you go to home", so the prisoners goes. When he goes through long corridor and he is backed, warden shot him (short pistol, not rifle or shotgun) in his back. Unfortunately, the prisoner is dead (it was sudden and lethal shot in the back). Then, prison guard says to second prisoner: "You will be suffer". Second prisoner is scared.
I am sure that I watchet it at least twice in my life in 90's.
Somebody knows? I am sure that it was popular episode or movie from 80's or 90's.
Pointman (TV Series 1995) is similar, because it was movie too, but I am not sure.
Refresh. It is my the most difficult riddle.
Rejected:
An Innocent Man(1989)
Lock Up (1989)
Death Warrant (1990)
The Shawshank Redemption (1994)
Murder in the First (1995)
The Last Castle (2001)
Oz (TV Series 1997–2003)
TV Series - episodes connected with prison - rejected too:
"Knight Rider" Knight Behind Bars (TV Episode 1985)
"MacGyver" The Escape (TV Episode 1986)
I was thinking it's a sci fi or war movie (but I think that is only episode). There is a possibility that my brain is mixing two or more movies, but I'm looking for my scene again. It isn't any popular movie, nothing from typical prison movies, definitely (I checked every popular movie). Definitely mid 80's or 90s'. - I watched between 2000 and 2003 max.
First prisoner is released by a prison warden (he is a tall and well-built man, probably long haired) , because a moment earlier the warden told him: "You are free to go". It's a similar scene to Tommy Williams "The Shawshank Redemption", but it isn't. Then, a prisoner walks down a long prison corridor/hallway. The same warden or guard shoots him in the back (the prisoner was totally not expecting it) and kills him with one shot. He then says to the other prisoner (similar to Ray Liotta I think): "You're going to get tired" or "You will suffer".
Any idea?
