As part of my work, I am involved in the cinema on camp. I've been thinking about doing a bad movie day, and just considering what movies to put on. It would have to be ones that would be enjoyable enough for everyone to watch (I wouldn't imagine something like The Room working), but maybe Berry Gordy's 'The Last Dragon' might. Undecided on the more obvious ones like Plan 9 though.
Anyway, anyone else got some thoughts on what would be good to show?
Road House (1989) ?
Gamera & Godzilla films are usually fun.
Robo Vampire, if you want to make everyone a bit more confused.
Otherwise, Attack of the Killer Tomatoes is a classic.

My all time fave bad horror movie is Percival Rubens'
The Demon (I can't believe that the cinematographer was a mentor of mine :buggedout:) and it's on Youtube in full. You can download it with a 4K Downloader tool for free and in high quality too.

You gotta put GYMKATA there. That naked butt scene will surely bring you some praises.
Troll 2, Birdemic, Hobgoblins, No Holds Barred (1989) all have hilarious value in them
Since the real bad movies (The Room) wouldn't probably work I checked a few titles that have a high IMDb score, but a low metascore, which applies to movies like Road House (1989) but with one exception, the metascore for The Last Dragon is high as well :teddyr:
20 movies with good IMDb rating, and bad metascore, which makes them technically good-bad movies:
1. Friday the 13th (1980)
2. Final Destination (2000)
3. The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (2003)
4. The Girl Next Door (2007)
5. Friday the 13th Part 2 (1981)
6. Road House (1989)
7. Van Helsing (2004)
8. House of 1000 Corpses (2003)
9. Wrong Turn (2003)
10. Teen Wolf (1985)
11. Final Destination 2 (2003)
12. Event Horizon (1997)
13. Silent Hill (2006)
14. Resident Evil (2002)
15. Legend (1985)
16. I Am Number Four (2011)
17. Pet Sematary (1989)
18. Idle Hands (1999)
19. Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters (2013)
20. Empire Records (1995)
I will ALWAYS recommend Rock N Roll Nightmare for a bad movie festival. If you're looking to deviate from horror, I would recommend Miami Connection. Both movies were made in 1987 so clearly that was a great year to be alive.
Demon Wind
Laserblast
Dracula vs Frankenstein
Dead Heat
Hercules in New York
Cool as Ice
Leprechaun in Space
Masters of the Universe
maybe one of the Ator movies

Leprechaun in Space
That one is a hoot. As I recall, it also has the silliest excuse for a topless shot in the history of film.
This is my all time favorite bad movie... Death Machines (1976)
