Mathilda May in Lifeforce (http://us.imdb.com/Title?0089489) probably has the most undressed screen time in a normal movie, but after watching Unnamable II (http://us.imdb.com/Title?0108447), Maria Ford gives her a run for the money
Technically, Rebecca Romjin Stamos is naked in now two full X-Men movies
but does she not have a latex full body suit or something. I don't think its a suit but there is a lot of make up applyed on there. Because her assets don't really bounce around, i'm assuming there is some kind of support :)
I was thinking that wouldn't count because you have a nude character played by a non-nude actor and I was more thinking along the lines of nude actors
While only topless, Naja in THE WARRIOR AND THE SORCERESS, as Andrew relates, "runs along topless for the entire movie."
I thought she did eventually cover up, but I could be mistaken.
Quest for Fire - Rae Dawn Chong is naked in every scene she's in, covered only in some mud.
Babe the talking pig was naked for not one, but two movies.

True...remember that. Remember getting hit by my wife after I rented it and she read Andrew's review.

The princess in "Forbidden Zone" also goes topless for the whole movie, bless her perky body. Try watching that one. Your wife might be too confused to hit you after it is over (plus the princess has less screen time than the sorceress).
.
Stamos had some things for support, but was 75 percent naked in X Men.
How about that girl in Not Another Teen Movie.... the foreign exchange student is naked the whole movie.
The guy who plays Chaucer in "A Knights Tale" spends a disturbing amount of time nude.
Ah, Freep, your thought processes are distressingly similar to mine own. I was actually watching "Lifeforce" last night and would have put the rather nice Mathilda May forward as my first suggestion. I have to say I was distracted from her undraped form divine by gigantic holes in the plot that appeared from the word go. Lifeforce - one baaaad movie!
I own lifeforce on vhs, and yes I am glad I bought it. Her part is worth it alone! heh. But there were some cool effects. I love the part where the zombie people are in thier cells and they try and run into someone on the other side and they explode into dust.
I know this isn't what you had in mind, but I just watched "Boggy Creek 2" the other day and the male college student/researcher insisted on taking his shirt off at random points throughout the film.
Hey, we are walking into a store, I think I will take my shirt off.
Hey, we are going for a car ride, I think I will take my shirt off.
Hey, we are going to some crazy old hermit's house, I think I will take my shirt off.
Despite this rather disturbing aspect of the movie, I thought the movie was worth the 99 cent rental fee and would recommend it to anyone looking for a bad movie.
Now for most diturbing nudity in a film, how about Harvey Keitel in The Bad Leiutenant.

Reminds me a bit of "Star Slammer". Only happened a few times but the totally random, plot-devoid tendancy of the starring actress to change her shirt was kinda strange
blood sucking freaks?

Maria Ford does outdo Mathilda May for sheer running time in UNNAMABLE II, but damn that strategically placed long hair!!!
