I found it on the Barnes & Noble web site, where you can order it immediately using a credit card (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) and they'll ship internationally. Just click on "The Last Dragon" in my last message and you should be taken right to its page. If you meant you wanted to mail payment to Barnes & Noble, I'm not sure they'll do that.
