Highly recommended.  it's a live action version of one of those manga comics.  Lots of nudity, a little gore (not enough) lots of lesbianism.  Very much a soft core exploitation flick.  This is part 1.  part 3 was less essential but still fun.  Some really bad martial arts.

If you're lucky, they'll also release the "unofficial" live-action versions of Demon Beast Invasion and Urotsuki Douji, and the "Power-Rangers-via-Sailor-Moon" naughty take-off Inju War Kitora in the US as well.

DBI is five chapters of straight horror with tentacle sex, superior to the anime series, while the UD live-action is connected to the anime in name only--released as Demon Beast Legend--and is Infra-Man-level play-violent parody fun, with very serious actors stopping in the middle of heavily-mosaic-censored sex to start giggling at the cameraman, or a "monster" stopping the action and explaining to a confused actress that when he is flailing about Star Trek style and the camera is shaking, that is meant to simulate an "earthquake."

We fought a war against mosaic censored sex in this country buster! Also, my little review there was a little short, it's because I was IM chatting with this girl  http://www.osirisani.com/gfx/dg/jewel04.jpg  .   I guess it's too late to say that La Blue girl was great, just that they should have more gore, which they do extremely well, and less martial arts, which they do very poorly.  very colorful and not too much dialogue for the subtitle phobes
