what is the name of the movie?
here is one scene  from it.

a disturbed man is sitting alone in his room contemplating suicide.
there is a psychedelic atmosphere in the air.
the man points the gun to his head and slowly press the trigger.
the gun fire, and we see the bullet as it leaves the barrel in slow motion towards the poor guy's head.
while the bullet is on it's way time slows down until it freezes and a booming voice is sound: " welcome to hell Mr. Johns" (i am not sure about the name)
the man get panicked, shouts , and throws the gun away.
the thrown gun fly towards a mirror on the room wall , and when it reaches , instead of hitting the mirror , it is sucked into it , disappears.

does this sound familiar?
can anyone tell me what is the name of the movie of which the described scene above?

Well...I dunno. Reminds of a scene in the doc "Manson" when this biker type guy is picked up by Charlie in his hippy bus and they drop acid. The biker guy starts freakin out and says to Manson "We're in Hell,man!" and Charlie says "Yeah! Ain't it groovy!?"

nope it's not that...

i might be mixing few movies together , but i think there was some thing in that movie about an angel or a person who claims he is the angel Gabriel , and the person in the room with the gun might have killed him in a car crash . s**t i don't remember , it was long ago and i was drunk.

but i do remember clearly a booming voice that gave me the chills :"welcome to hell mr'_____".

and no i did not drop acid or taken drugs , it was a real movie.

This is a complete guess, but could it be one of the HELLRAISER movies?

The atmosphere sounds vaguely like HELLRAISER: INFERNO.  I checked the quotes page (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0229440/quotes) over at IMDb, and the "Welcome to hell" line is in there, but I have a sneaking suspicion that that line is probably in all of those movies.
