Sorry for the downtime this afternoon.  I transitioned the entire reader comments system to the message board and had to play around with writing code again.  Had to call Gary for some information on MySQL - because, as I have said, I so hate writing code.

I have done testing and everything looks good now.  Please let me know if you find anything that is strange.

You will see a lot of new posts in the Reader Comments section.  I could not get the dates to carry over correctly due to something stupid I had done with the old comments system.  I was not going to write an entire program to fix my screw-up.  Anyway, you might want to click the "mark as read" button up toward the right for that entire board.  If you were motivated, you could go and read the nearly 9000 posts; I suggest getting a glass of water before you start.

I really should have read through this post before I logged on tonight...

I must have browsed through at least three of the threads [albeit briefly] until I figured out what's going on!

Other than that it seems to be working fine.  Nothing strange to report so far!
