What kind of idiots are running things theses days.  A five year old gets a record that stays with him until middle school for pinching a female classmate on the butt?

This is totally outrageous and idiotic to the max.  You'll love the stats on the number of kindergarteners suspended for sex offenses.

I still remember various things I did when I was in kindergarten and pinching & poking girls and pulling their hair were some of them.
We boys loved to annoy the hell out of the girls.  It was obligatory.  :bouncegiggle:
But then they also did their best to annoy us right back.   :lookingup:

In the mid 80's, my younger brother got in trouble when he was in kindergarten for socking a girl in the mouth and knocking one of her front teeth out.
Apparently she bullied him pretty badly and one day he'd decided that enough was enough.


I wonder what kind of ridiculous trumped up charge they'd slap him with if that had happened these days?

Wow...back in the day I would have been in jail! That's just normal stuff that kids do.

Hell...I wonder what's going to happen to my daughter...she chases boys all over...she's 6....are they going to bring charges up against her?

Last week there was a story of a 3 year old getting in similar trouble because he 'snuggled' up to a teacher aid's chest while she was giving him a hug.  She was giving him a hug, and he got a little too 'cozy'  and SHE filed a complaint for sexual harassment.

As I heard someone say, what kind of mind even LOOKS for this?

All of this is but one part of why so long as I breathe, my children will not spend one day in public school.  Thank-you Marx and Engels for the idea of Public Education!!!

I'll take a back seat on that one, considering our school systems are different and I really can't comment on what it's like in the US compared to here.  Must be bad to be that adamant though!

That whole sexual harassment thing is just idiotic.  Shouldn't these kids first need to have an idea about what sexuality is before they get punished for something like that?  Somehow I don't think a 3 year old having a hug would really know much about that topic.

This sort of situation is why the saying 'only in America' exists...  :tongueout:

This brought back a memory of my daughter when she was in the second grade. She was standing in line waiting to go back to class when the little boy behind her poked her in the rear....she asked him to stop....he did it again....she told him to stop.....he did it again....she turned around and slapped him...he stopped as she was being taken to the end of the line by the teacher who only saw the slap...The next recess my daughter walked home from school....She told me what happened so back to school we went...to the principals office,  the teacher never listened to my daughters side of the story...so we told the principal. My daughter did what she was taught. No little boys poked her again...Done and simple.

Hrh. Schools and kindergartens are retarded as ewerywhere. Here is sexual harassment and in Poland 5yr old kids know what an 'anal sex' means, they imitate porno theatre and stuff like that. And parrents have everythin in their butt oO

There is a 5 year old kid. His favourite games are: imitating rape on girls, beating palls until they pass out and masturbating in front of the class.  When teacher asks him to stop. He says something like that: "I'll tell my mom that you touched me you w**re". They even mounted a monitoring system and showed tapes to his parrents. And mum told: "They really want to depress my child" :|

And btw. There's also saying  "Only in Poland"  :P

That sounds pretty bad Shaggs.  I would think Poland would be a little more conservative than that.

By the way, my wife is a Polish-American. Both sets of her grandparents immigrated here back in the early 1900's. They settled in the Chicago area.

You know. We have many ''warriors of toleration' who want  prison sentence for giving slap to a child, and each psychopathic kid is for them 'the kid with ADHD' and 'growing up without a stress' is as sacred as.. well I don't know. Last year a conservative party won an election, and society is more retarded than it was earlier.  If I was a ruler of Poland I'd bring back capital punishment for being an idiot :teddyr:
