Title: So Bad It's Good Film Festival - 30 January 2007
Post by: Andrew on January 22, 2007, 12:46:08 PM
The festival is being held at the New Beverly Cinema, 7165 West Beverly Blvd. Los Angeles, CA 90036 on 30 January 2007 at 7:30PM.  They are showing two films, "Plan 9 From Outer Space" and "The Apple" (yikes, what a combo).

Here is their MySpace site:

The email I received indicates that the intent is for this to be a monthly event.  Should be a good time for anyone in the LA area with the time.

Sounds cool, but do two movies being screened really make it a festival?!

I thought that to be a fesitval that it had to be more than just 2 films, something that lasted a whole weekend perhaps.

but I'm sure once people who haven't seen The Apple sit through that whole thing, they won't want to watch anything else for quite some time.
