Title: Weird movie from childhood Post by: Nizzle on January 31, 2007, 09:21:11 PM When I was really young, I was watching "Up! All Night" on USA, hosted by Gilbert Gottfreid (or whatever), and I have a very, very vague memory of a movie where:
There was a leprechaun (no, not THE Leprechaun), or a shrunken person, or just some sort of small person climbing up a girl's pubic hair while she was in class. All I remember is that the film showed the little dude crawling up (with some bad special effects) and the girl was all uncomfortable and squirming. I'm not sure if she left class or the teacher asked her to leave, but I'm pretty sure she got out of there one way or another. I know this is vague, but any help would be greatly appreciated. I may know this one!! Well, maybe... That might be "Getting Lucky" a film about a poor earth-loving nerd who's in love with a cheerleader and one day when finding bottles for recycling he finds a leprechaun trapped inside one of these bottles. Kinda like a magical rehab. Basically that scene you're describing is the bit that transforms this film from idiotic, to utterly brilliant. Terrible theme song music of 'You can't get much closer' etc whilst our hero is clamouring inside his beloveds undergarments whilst she is in class listening to her history teacher tell the class of the early settlers, and making lots of pounding motions whilst explaining it. Haha, great movie, even if that isn't the one, but really, how many leprechaun films would have someone do that? Getting lucky is totally the movie! I can't believe someone out there actually remembered this! Wow, I really have to find this on DVD, or VHS at the very least. I've read that it's very rare, and it actually hasn't been officially released on DVD. That being said, my quest begins today. Ha ha, I also read that the cheerleader has an orgasm while the little dude is rummaging around down there. I guess I was like, oh, 5 years old when this was on USA, so I probably had no idea what she was doing. Needless to say, I need this movie more than anything else. And away we go... My ex bought it a few years ago at a random place, and luckily enough for me, I made a copy before we broke up. So unfortunately it ain't an original, and I can't tell you where it was from or what company released it, but at least it 'exists'. Didn't realise it was so rare. I guess because they spent their budget convincing a 40 year old French woman to take her gear off for the end of that 'in the pants' scene. |
