Title: Film about serial killer from the 60s Post by: soundtransit on February 22, 2007, 06:13:43 PM I saw this film in San Antonio during the late-70s. I think that it was about a killer in Illinois who was killing women. Toward the end of the film he tried to get past police checkpoints by driving a Tri-State Tollway maintenance truck in the midst of other trucks that were escorting high-security cargo. Any clues to this film?
