Title: Maybe they are my children
Post by: Andrew on April 14, 2007, 10:25:19 PM
I like to tease Katie that Andy and Jenna are not mine.  However, today shot a big hole in my argument.  I came back from playing paintball and was cleaning up my gear.  While doing that, I popped in the "Prince of Space" DVD.  Both children were entranced by the goofy old Japanese science fiction film.  They also giggled hysterically at several of the corny lines said by the characters.

By the way, I finished cleaning everything and had the paintball marker oiled and ready to go after about thirty minutes, so I shut the film off.  We ate dinner shortly after that.  Katie and both of the children have expressed interest in watching the rest of "that funny movie."

Our one mailman was a little Asian woman who was probably about 40.  She used to bring my Amazon orders to the door and hand them to my wife and say, "Your husband has big package!"  That was always disconcerting for Katie.
