One of the worst songs I ever heard was in the 80's.  The Chicago Bears recorded a song.  I like a lot of 80's music, but yikes!

I applaud to Susan and Snivelly for those great contributions, as for the Hoff he was the hero of my childhood, mostly because he was the only american superstar to come to Germany regularly .Otherwise I would have opted for Dwight Schulz, but he  only came to Germany once to work in a gruesome sequel of Hart to Hart, which should be regarded kindly as toxic Waste http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0160356/)

That Hoff one is a crack-up.  In that he is really cracked up!

I've been listening, on and off, to Fabios work ever since you posted that link ages ago Susan, and it still stays with me.  Kind of like a bad smell...

At one stage I had him singing as my ring tone, but since that was about five seconds worth of 'When somebody loves somebody... DESPERATELY" I kind of took it off and replaced it with the Captain Planet theme since it was less [albeit it not by much] embarrasing...

The only thing that would make that footage somewhat bareble, is if Chyna was lip-syncing and her and the two ladies in the background were naked

There's something to hum to myself for the next two days.  What made it awful was that I didn't get any clear tongue-in-cheek vibe from it.  It felt like they might have been attempting seriousness.

And that Chyna video was just plain tragic.

Speaking of Chyna's room clearing perfomance, two wrestlers-cum-singers actually put out rap albums; John Cena and Randy "Macho Man" Savage (Oooo yeah, dig it!!!!).  Now this is no promotion or anything, but if any of you have napster, I think they're still there.

Oh man, that Macho Man album's the greatest thing in the world!... to torture friends and loved ones with. I love how the man has lost all touch with reality and puts all this effort into trying to pick a fight with Hulk Hogan, apparently never realizing that, unless somebody's going to write the feud for them and put it on TV, IT'S NOT REAL! I also enjoy the Macho Man's heart felt tribute to the deceased Curt Hennig... were I Mr. Perfect, I'd rise from my grave just so I could throttle that crazy old steroid case with a 9-iron!

Speaking of horrible wrestler albums, here's something that makes Led Zepplin and the Beetles sound like retarded kids farting on a snare drum...


My highest reccomendation? Track 7: Beach Patrol. We used to listen to that when work was winding down and laugh ourselves stupid every night. It's like an orgasm for the sense...  :teddyr:

Also, in like, 1985, the then WWF put out an album called "The Wrestling Album" that featured 10 tracks, 9 of which were performed by wrestlers.  One track was performed by Derringer.

It features such classics as "Eat Your Heart Out Rick Springfield" by Jimmy Hart, "Tutti Frutti" by Mean Gene Okerlund, and my personal favorite "Don't Go Messing With a Country Boy" by Hillbilly Jim.
