I have been saving this for a review in the future. In a few months (maybe more) I will put together the biggest ever New Barbarians review ever with every scene excruciatingly and painstakingly documented. Nobody needs it, nobody wants it, but it has to be done!

Good luck with that. I've had it in the back of my mind do a comparisson review of the official WS release with one of the shady FS releases I have but somehow never managed to actually sit down to do it. The director's commentary version never came out here (UK) but the vipco repease seems really very clean (especially compared to the budget releases). Is the US one even better? I have another copy as part of a 20 film boxset and it is almost unwatchable! |
