Smaller version of the video here:

That is pretty cool stuff.  Imagine a 54" or so.  I mean, you are talking about a TV that you can roll up, put it in a tube, and mail to a friend (or move easily - I am so tired of moving TVs).  Take it out, stick to to the wall, and you can watch a movie.

Yeah I saw that on that show "I want that!" and again on "Beyond Tomorrow" pretty cool. They are working on one that is transparent that can be used over a window so when you turn it on the back is black and the front side is what ever you are watching, and when you turn it off ... POOF it's gone and now it's a window. They are also working on PC screens that roll up and put away or carry with you.

The downside to this is eventually it will probably become cheap as hell - or at least one side of it. Anyone remember in MINORITY REPORT when he was pouring a bowl of cereal and it activated the advertising on the box that "came alive" and wouldn't shut up?  Newspapers were animated, had 'breaking news' which is was kinda cool tho.

That was another thing they were working on was advertising ... product boxes and entire sides of buildings.

That's why God invented knives.  Stab the box.

I do want one of them 54" tvs though.
