Troma films can usualy be explained like this. Low brow humor, with an even LOWER budget. Wiseguys vs. Zombies is no exeption. While it was funny enough to keep me interested, the effects were so bad sometimes they actualy had me confused as to what was going on. 

Its about these moffia guys who have to go track down these missing drugs but when they find them, they find out that the people using them turn into ZOMBIES!

The diolouge makes it very obvious that its improvised, which isnt always a bad thing, but that usualy means that the scenes are going to be reeeeeely long and drawn out, because the actors dont know when to stop.

Id suggest MAYBE buying this one. It can sometimes make you think, "when is this gonna be over?" but its funny enough to make up for that. My favorite part is when this redneck guy goes out to his barn and says "Eeniee meenie miny mo, Which one of you goats is gonna be my ho?" HA!
