Title: R.I.P. Kerwin Mathews Post by: Raffine on July 09, 2007, 04:51:13 PM Kerwin Mathews, the "devilishly handsome" actor best know as Sinbad in Ray Harryhausen's 7TH VOYAGE OF SINBAD and Gulliver in Harryhausen's THE 3 WORLDS OF GULLIVER has died at the age of 81.

He has not made a film in almost thirty years, but he is proof that one film appearance can make one's career. Almost fifty years later we still remember him as the title character in "The 7th Voyage of Sinbad."

I did fix the spelling in the title of the thread and in the first post but that "Re." at the top of each post makes it impossible to cover my tracks completely. Oh well. RKO misspelled Katharine Hepburn's name as 'Katherine Hepburn' in the credits for A BILL OF DIVORCEMENT. Title: Re: R.I.P.
