Title: name of comedy western ? Post by: hondo zapper on August 02, 2007, 05:24:46 PM whats the name of the comedy-western movie,
where the goodguys are onboard a train being chased by the badguys who are on horseback. i think there's some sort of safe/vault full of money that the badguys want, one of the goodguys on the train gets accidentally shot in the leg by a feisty woman whose with them. the train starts to slow down and so the goodguys decide to tell some of the other passengers to get off the train, so they can release some of the other train-carriages, they then get back up to full speed. the film finishes where somehow the badguys end up with the safe but cant get it open, so they blow it up and the money goes anywhere. by the way its not butch-cassidy Title: Re: name of comedy western ? I saw it at the theater way back when...but of course,I may be wrong...long time ago...

Post by: BoyScoutKevin on August 04, 2007, 02:39:22 PM I would have said the unknown film was either "The Train Robbers" and/or "Cactus Jack, which was known as "The Villain," here in the U.S., but since it wasn't those two, it might be "One More Train to Rob," which I have also seen, but can't remember much about. Was there alot of Asian actors in the film? That is what I remember best from "One More Train to Rob."

Just thought I'd toss it out there.

Post by: wired on September 19, 2007, 12:57:47 AM in villain, i remember he was infatuated with a chick.and there was one good guy (stereotyped in white) pursuing him.i remember also that villain had a real loony tunes quality where he even gets rolled over by a huge boulder ala wiley coyote.. i can swear you describe a scene from the villain, except i don't remember there being lot of 'good guys' ..however the film made a great distinction between good and bad guys.
