It's alot better and well thought out then most of the garbage and mind rot that Hollywood shells out nowadays,IMO. But nothing in terms of Cronenberg films compares to Videodrome, I think. That was his masterpiece. But that's usually what the definition of true art is in that true art forces an opinion out of someone either for or against it.
As for Rabid, I've got the DVD and I've always thought that Marilyn Chambers turned in quite a performance. She was also quite lovely back in the day as well. |
