I like to post video clips from Youtube to help you get a better idea as to what I'm talking about in a thread.

I sometimes use them to make a point and sometimes I use them to show you something new that I want you to see.

Do you usually watch the videos people here post from Youtube?

(I admit that I watch pretty much every video somone posts)

 Yeah!  can't resist the "PLAY' button!  Even if it's one I may have seen...me like  push  button!

I sometimes do if I have nothing better to do at that point, other wise I don't watch them.

I watch them most of the time. I'm running an older version of Firefox which doesn't allow the embedded videos to play, so I have to click on them and open up their Youtube page in a new window. Sometimes I get lazy and skip it.

My dial-up connection is much too slow...unfortunately we still don't have an high speed internet option where I live.

Dial-up & a 6 yr old mongrel w' an ALI chipset & too many incompatable parts makes it a bit inconvenient.
Add to that, IE7 cut my cache settings down to nothing, & keeps prompting me to make them smaller.

I just ordered Verizon High Speed, & got all the equipment, but theu keep pushing my service ready date back from August 10, to August 14, to August 16. :hatred:

Still, I found that IE7 has this doohickie that lets you save flv files.

Sometimes.  If I'm reading a thread, always.  But, I don't read all the threads...and if it's a very long thread ,and the poster has a checkered history for delivering the goods, I might skip...  :teddyr:
