I saw this film on HBO late 80s/early 90s. I may be combining films as well, but if memory serves: A family lives in a broken down bus on the outskirts of a small town. Locals kill the parents and torch the bus for one reason or another. The orphaned child takes revenge on the town. The scene I distinctly remember is someone being handcuffed to a toilet. Then the kid takes a tennis ball, drenches it in Raid, then duct tapes it into the victim's mouth. I think it was called "The Kid" or something similar. Anyone?
