Southland Tales, hands down.  I know it supposed to not be good, but I'm looking forward to it like you wouldn't believe.  Sounds just strange enough to end up being classic.

I picked:

Bee Movie
Fred Claus
This Christmas
and some other movie.

Of the four, I'll probably just see Fred Claus.  Paul Giamatti is a great actor, and Vince is always hlarious.

Beowulf: I fell in love with the trailer.  When I first saw it, I thought it was "real", but when I took a closer look, it was computer animated. :hot:

Hitman: I saw the posters at my job which kinda took me by surprise.  I didn't hear any of this on tv.  I know movie from games hasn't gone well, so here's hoping this one is good

American Gangster:  I got this movie from a co-worker of mine a couple of days ago (all digital copies, no bootleg bulls**t), so I might see it as early as today.

I'd like to see Bee Movie, Beowulf, Enchanted, Stephen King's: The Mist and Southland Tales.

Of course, I won't be seeing any of them in the theater and will wait for DVD before taking a look.  :teddyr:

I'm hopefully going to see American Gangster this upcoming weekend. I know some people that saw it this past weekend and they loved it.

I'm also stoked beyond belief about The Mist. It's probably my favorite thing that Stephen King has even written and I've been waiting for YEARS for someone to hopefully do it right as a film. From what I've read so far from people who have seen it, they said it's been well worth the wait.

Beowulf looks very cool as well.

THE MIST looks real good. Might check it out in the theater. A bit reminiscent of THE FOG.

Not really looking forward to any of them.  I was interested in Beowulf, but I don't want to see a CGI epic.  While CGI can be a good addition to a movie, if I'm watching an animated film, I want it to be more "cartoony"  If you're trying for such lifelike CGI you could always use those meat thingies, "actors" is what I think they're called.

I chose:

American Gangster -- It looked pretty good in the trailer, and it's had a good reception from audiences and critics, so I'm interested but it's not my first pick.
No Country for Old Men -- This looks amazing, and I can't wait to see it!
Beowulf -- Looks pretty awesome.
Southland Tales -- This could be a total disaster, but I'm curious.
The Mist -- I'm really looking forward to this, too.

I already saw Martian Child, and while it's cute and kind of sad, it's really pretty generic.  It's something I'd only watch again if it were on television.

i don't do theaters, due to my eyesight, but i might actually try the warren theater balcony for the mist,i'm told that the ambient lighting is enough to let me see the film, and they serve food and alkyhol to your seat!
