And yet the only Swedish woman I've ever known was a high school exchange student my aunt and uncle brought to Christmas one year, and my grandmother was trying to fix us up, no luck. Sweden has a generous refugee and political asylum policy, and they have had a large influx of immigrants from places like Turkey, the Middle East, and Somalia, many are Muslim. They'd probably object if anyone would. |
