Post by: respectmeordye3 on December 05, 2007, 05:56:37 PM I love The Office--both the Brit and American versions are really quite funny--although folks never wanted to give the American one a chance, I think it has more than proved itself of being hilarious in it's own way. One of my favorite things about the American one is that there seems to be much more stuff on Jim playing pranks on Dwight than the old Brit series ever did.

It's taken a huge departure from the source material but I love it just the same. It's a very, very funny show that everyone in comedy wants to work on and because of that you get a lot of great talent in front of and behind the camera. Joss Whedon's episode where Jim convinces Dwight that he's turning into a vampire is one of my favorites. Paul Feig who was behind Freaks and Geeks has also directed a couple of episodes that stand out as my favorites. Additions of guys from The Daily Show also helps out enormously. I didn't think the Dunder Miflin staff could be any better until Andy Blacksmith was introduced. Title: Re: The Office.................... My favorite episode to be honest is all of them. There isn't an episode that I did not like. Question, who else went, WTH, when Jim broke up with Karen?
